Nervous system:
The function of the nervous system is to act as a means of
communication with in the body, to receive information from
parts of the body and send massage back to the muscles and
organ.
Three terms :
1) Neurons
2) Dendrons

2. Neurons:
The brain and spinal cord are made up of nerve
cells is called Neurons.
Dendrons:
Those nerve cells transmit impulses from brain to
cell body is called dendrons.
Axons:
Those nerve cells transmit impulses from body cells
to brain.
The axons and dendrons connect with the sensory
organs (sight,hearing,smell and taste)

Central nervous system (CNS): The nerve cells
consists of the brain and the spinal and which
together are generally referred as central nervous

5. Abducent: e.g. to the muscles of the eyes.
6.Trigeminal:Skin of the face.
7.Facial:muscles of the face.
8.Auditory:Ear-(Hearing).
9.Glossopharyngeal:Tongue(taste)
10.Vagus:Heart,lung and stomach.
11.Spinal accessory: Muscles in the neck.
