    Thank you so much for this post.

    In addition to the content, I want to thank you for the design element you put into your slides. I’m amazed how many times folks have a great message, great content and then lose some of their message due to the poor design of their slides. I always love asking folks 'When was the last time you saw a great Powerpoint/Keynote?'

    Thanks for giving us an example of why design does matter.
