1. Photoshop Tutorial

2. Make a new project in Photoshop.
(8in X 8in)

3. Rename background layer to layer 1.
Then use paint bucket tool and fill layer with black.

4. Make a new layer.
Use the rectangle marquee tool and create a skinny rectangle across the
page.
Color it white with bucket tool.

5. Use the liquefy tool and make sharp bends in the line.

6. Create another layer.
Repeat steps 4 and 5.

7. Go to Layer -> Layer Style -> Outter Glow
Edit to taste

8. Use the Text Box tool and create a word box.
Write whatever you want.

9. Repeat step 7.
The glow should match the glow to the lines.

10. This is your finished Project
