The mission of the Mark and Emily Turner Memorial Library is to
provide quality materials and services in a comfortable, open environment.
We strive to enhance lifelong learning and personal growth while fostering
a community connection.

• 493 new library cards issued
• 3,440 volunteer hours
• 235 passport applications facilitated
• 27,857 items checked out
• 3,709 items added to collection
• 5,954 library card holders
• 42,879 visits
• 27,784 wifi or workstation usage
• 5,892 reference questions handled

4. Looking Ahead to 2016
• Further advance conference and
meeting room spaces
• Expand computer services (more
workstations, classes, and individual
help)
• Evaluate security needs
• Enhance volunteer training and
refine application process

• 2015 request represents a 6.7% increase
Salaries increased in July
46% increase in square footage
means more operation costs
• Library Board of Trustees paid over
$11,000 for programs and maintenance
costs. This is in addition to Enhancement
Project costs.
