“Real Difference, Real Value” 9
1. Communication skills: I believe in effective communication in all the different levels namely verbal,
interpersonal with people around me and importantly in writing. I must communicate the facts clearly and in
simple words that can be easily understood and done by those around me is what I believe is the art of true
communication. In the law enforcement agency such as in the private security provider, it the most essential
tool to getting things done with minimal flaw.
2. Team player skills: This is the key to managing a successful team is seen to working with others in a group,
sharing information, helping each other when facing a problem, properly dividing tasks between team
members, etc. Being part of the team drives me to be a teachable person by mentoring others. It makes jobs
lighter for me because they can read me loud and clear and execute the things required of them without my
supervisions.
3. Leadership skills: This skill is vital to me because it shows the people that I lead them as a visionary, I can
lead others and take responsibility whenever things go wrong. It means that I do not need someone to
spoon-feed me or hold my hand on a daily basis in order for me to do my job. I was to work alone and using
my won brain ability and experience in getting things down. I am consistent firm and decisive person.
4. Attention to detail: I am a very detail person. I pay attention to all the things; small and large things alike.
Mistakes are costly to me. I am not perfect, but I am always trying my best shots. I am fighter to get the aim
accomplished no matter what on every turn. I say and do.
5. Enthusiasm and personal drive: I am a very enthusiastic person about what I do; completing tasks with
excellence and always looking forward to the next one. Motivation and commitment drives me to do the
odds others cannot accomplish in life. My track record speaks for itself.
6. Initiative: I think outside of the box; I come up with insights, concept and ideas rather than sit and wait until
things come to me. I am a self-starter and finisher and not a follower.
7. Management and organizational skills: I am a very organized person. I learnt these values of planning
execution, coordination and communication, logistics and administration in every long time ago in my police
career which has been my tools of success in the majority of cases. Prudent management is time, resources
and focus can really do wonders in any work place.
8. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines: I am very good in this area. It is the place for real test to
see whether you make it despite the adversity being faced at all levels by maintaining calm and directing and
coordinating through and achieving the objective. Effectiveness and efficiency are twin brothers in my
system. I have no time for dead woods.
9. Willing to learn: No one knows it all. Some people think they do, but they don’t. I am a straight shooter. If
I don’t know something, I ask. Making mistakes is costly and down grading of my integrity. Learning by
mistakes is not the way I do things. I am not ashamed to ask someone who knows it well than making costly
mistakes.
10. Flexibility: I am a very flexible person. I can adapt to whatever circumstances presented to me. I can
complete a task in more than just one way. I am opened minded and want new changes for the better.
Clothes are meant to wear and change likewise business are subject to change to make it profitable and
prosper. Harden heart resisting changes kills the business. I don’t want to work with closed minded people.

  • 9. ICI VARIETY LIMITED GROUP OF COMPANIES January 25, 2015 “Real Difference, Real Value” 9 1. Communication skills: I believe in effective communication in all the different levels namely verbal, interpersonal with people around me and importantly in writing. I must communicate the facts clearly and in simple words that can be easily understood and done by those around me is what I believe is the art of true communication. In the law enforcement agency such as in the private security provider, it the most essential tool to getting things done with minimal flaw. 2. Team player skills: This is the key to managing a successful team is seen to working with others in a group, sharing information, helping each other when facing a problem, properly dividing tasks between team members, etc. Being part of the team drives me to be a teachable person by mentoring others. It makes jobs lighter for me because they can read me loud and clear and execute the things required of them without my supervisions. 3. Leadership skills: This skill is vital to me because it shows the people that I lead them as a visionary, I can lead others and take responsibility whenever things go wrong. It means that I do not need someone to spoon-feed me or hold my hand on a daily basis in order for me to do my job. I was to work alone and using my won brain ability and experience in getting things down. I am consistent firm and decisive person. 4. Attention to detail: I am a very detail person. I pay attention to all the things; small and large things alike. Mistakes are costly to me. I am not perfect, but I am always trying my best shots. I am fighter to get the aim accomplished no matter what on every turn. I say and do. 5. Enthusiasm and personal drive: I am a very enthusiastic person about what I do; completing tasks with excellence and always looking forward to the next one. Motivation and commitment drives me to do the odds others cannot accomplish in life. My track record speaks for itself. 6. Initiative: I think outside of the box; I come up with insights, concept and ideas rather than sit and wait until things come to me. I am a self-starter and finisher and not a follower. 7. Management and organizational skills: I am a very organized person. I learnt these values of planning execution, coordination and communication, logistics and administration in every long time ago in my police career which has been my tools of success in the majority of cases. Prudent management is time, resources and focus can really do wonders in any work place. 8. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines: I am very good in this area. It is the place for real test to see whether you make it despite the adversity being faced at all levels by maintaining calm and directing and coordinating through and achieving the objective. Effectiveness and efficiency are twin brothers in my system. I have no time for dead woods. 9. Willing to learn: No one knows it all. Some people think they do, but they don’t. I am a straight shooter. If I don’t know something, I ask. Making mistakes is costly and down grading of my integrity. Learning by mistakes is not the way I do things. I am not ashamed to ask someone who knows it well than making costly mistakes. 10. Flexibility: I am a very flexible person. I can adapt to whatever circumstances presented to me. I can complete a task in more than just one way. I am opened minded and want new changes for the better. Clothes are meant to wear and change likewise business are subject to change to make it profitable and prosper. Harden heart resisting changes kills the business. I don’t want to work with closed minded people.
