My Responsibilities in Research & Development
• To develop & standardize the methods and procedure
for sophisticated instruments like Gas Chromatography,
Inductive Copal Plasma (ICP), Bomb calorimeters, flame
photometer, XRF analyser, CHNS analyzer, Karl Fishier
moisture analyzer , Mehtrohm Auto titrate, Microscope,
Particle Size analyzer, Brook field Viscometer, MDS, C,S
Analyzer etc..
• To look out the testing of Raw materials like lime stone,
various type and grade of Oil samples, various type of
Coal Samples, imported coal, imported Furnace Oil
samples, Cement samples, Fly ash samples, Clinker
samples etc..
• Having experience to analyze alternative fuel and raw
material (AFR) of having various properties.
• Chemical analysis of Alter native fuel, Alternative raw
materials by ICP, GC, Brook field Viscometer, MDS, [C,
H, N, S] analyzer, Bomb Calorimeter, Karl fisher.
• Optimization and Testing of Cement samples, fly ash
samples, lime stone samples through PSD (Particle Size
Distribution) analysis.
• Optimization of clinker quality through the microscopic
study.
• Testing of all type of OIL samples (Moisture, Total acid
number, total base number, viscosity, density, insoluble
residue, flash point) including Furnace Oil (FO)
Samples.
• Grind ability of clinker, lime stone, Burn ability study of
raw mix composition, energy index determination of
clinker.
• Coal testing like GCV (gross calorific value by Bomb
calorimeter), sulphur contain and Proximate analysis.
• Working as safety coordinator for QC department.
• Inventory management through SAP R/3 (PR,
Requisition, Service entry sheet etc…).

Baroda with First Rank & achieved Gold Medal.

• B.Sc.(Chemistry) from Saurashtra University, Rajkot with FIRST CLASS (64.00%) in
2006.

Study of new Triazine bridged Dicopper (II) complexes
Practical part :- UV, IR of complexes , elemental analysis (C,H,N,S) , magnetic property ,
physical properties, synthesis, UFF(universal force field method) calculation, catalytically
activation of hydrogen peroxide , conductivity measurement, to find activation energy.
