MAHESH KRISHNAMURTI - Managing Director
Mahesh Krishnamurti is a member of the senior global leadership team at RGP. He has a record of leadership in the US with
global Fortune 100/1000 companies, as well as startups and turnaround situations including Goldman Sachs, Symbol
Technologies (now Motorola), Digital Equipment Corporation (now HP), and Worth Magazine (as its Publisher and CFO) in New
York.
He has a cross-cultural background and facility in several languages. He was born in Thailand, grew up in Switzerland, went to
college in the UK, and then worked in the US for 25+ years. He has been leading RGP in India since late 2007.
Mahesh’s expertise includes business development, strategic planning, decision support analysis, compliance/controls, M&A,
Finance and Controllership, Risk Management, and Governance and Leadership.
He has extensively dealt with large corporations and helped them on a variety of problems from policy making to operating
efficiencies, from addressing transformational leadership challenges to crafting easy-to-implement solutions that address
process efficiencies. In 2011, Mahesh organized a round table conference on “Corporate Governance and Leadership” in
Mumbai, India that enlisted a reputed panel of experts including various Chairpersons of leading private and public sector
organizations.
Mahesh holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics, an MBA in Finance from NYU, Stern School of
Business. He has attended Executive Management programs at the The Wharton School, and MIT, Sloan School of
Management. He enjoys mentoring, coaching, and motivating teams to excel, and has a strong passion for classical Indian
music and tennis.

RAVIRAJ VASU - Client Service Director & Head Risk Management Practice
Ravi is a senior executive with a successful track record reflecting 24 years of leadership and senior consulting roles in major
Indian and global Fortune 500 companies. He is a ACA, Grad CWA, ACS and a CISA. He has worked with blue chip companies
including GE and L&T and companies in diverse industries including Torrent, Sify (NASDAQ listed internet service provider) in
various senior Finance roles. In his previous employment at Sify, he served as a General Manager- Legal and Secretarial and was
responsible for Corporate Governance and Risk Management, managing relationships with Nasdaq and SEC including issuance
of ADS (American Depositary Shares) on Nasdaq.
As the Head of Risk Management Practice, Ravi has been instrumental in creating a base of satisfied clients for RGP India in
crucial areas of Finance & Accounting, Risk Management and Internal Audit by delivering solutions to various global companies
including General Motors, Arcelor Mittal, Tyco Corporation, Tata Steel Wires, FCB Ulka, and McCann Ericsson (Part of IPG
group). He has functioned in the capacity of a Project Lead and conducted assignments both in India and abroad.
His areas of expertise include: Transition & Integration (Pre and Post Merger), Internal Audit, SOX, Implementation of ERP
systems (SAP, Oracle 9i), and Process improvement & Re-engineering.
SRINIVAS PANNALA - Practice Head-Strategy, PMO, IM Services
Srinivas Pannala, as Practice Head-Strategy, PMO and IM Services at RGP, has many years of diverse experience. He has led
several significant projects with major MNCs requiring subject matter expertise in the areas of Program Management,
Managed Reporting Services, Post-Merger Integration, Program Tracking, and Analytics. He has also led processes for
structuring and developing complex proposals for clients, demonstrating RGP’s value-add.
Srinivas’ vast experience covers diverse functions and industries including CEO of MitoKen Solutions (Motorola spinoff);
creation of Motorola’s Global Software Group; Corporate Planning at Infosys; Motorola India Electronics; and Centre for the
Development of Telematics in Delhi.
Among his many qualifications, he is an MBA (IIM, Bangalore), B.Tech (IIT, Kharagpur), and also a Certified Portfolio (PfMP) and
Certified Program Management (PgMP) Professional. Srini is an ardent practitioner of Yoga, is into fitness training, and enjoys
reading widely.

MURALI RAMBHATLA - Director – Client Services (New Markets)
Murali K RAMBHATLA, as a Mechanical Engineer, comes with 27 years of experience in business development, operations and
sales management, customer relationship management, key account management with P & L responsibility. He has over 15
years in Engineering Design Services & PLM solutions, and over 10 years in the automotive sector. He successfully managed and
developed large teams and operations including setting up and managing new office operations overseas (in UK & USA).
His experience spans tenures with companies like ESCORTS, TVS & Bajaj Tempo (now Force Motors) Autodesk and DASSAULT
SYSTEMES, followed by Engineering Design and Consulting Services companies.
At RGP, Murali has been spearheading New Market Development in industry sectors such as Automotive, Manufacturing,
Aerospace, Infrastructure and Pharmaceuticals to name a few.
Murali likes spending his leisure time with his family and enjoys playing chess, listening to Indian Classical Music and reading.
DEEPAK DEWAN - Head of Recruiting
Senior executive with international experience in Human Capital (Recruitment, Training) and Global Staffing. Supporting various
geographies, has led global recruiting teams in the IT/IM, Program Management and Finance space. Has worked in challenging
environments across USA, Canada, Mexico, Central America and India.
A Graduate of Mumbai University, education includes MBA (Marketing) and PG Diploma in Software from London School of
Data Processing.
Deepak’s Core strengths include :
