4. Common Debt Management System (CDMS)

Brief Description:
The Common Debt Management System (CDMS) is an enterprise application to manage Debt
Collection activities. This includes Forecasting and Dispute Management.
CDMS has a Lotus Notes front-end and back-end. Debt Collection follows a monthly cycle of events
designed to ensure that all outstanding Invoice is reviewed and chased where appropriate.
Management can identify prioritized items, and the system design shows the Collector which items
are to be collected by Direct Debit or Credit Card, which items are under Dispute with the Customer.
