  • 2. What is the Design Cycle?- It is composed of five parts which are writtenby order:Investigate, Design, Plan, Create and lastlyEvaluate- The design cycle can help you makepresentations if you have a hard time in makingone

  • 4. Design Cycle- It is used for planning different activities andprojects of all sorts.- It is very useful, I was able to plan and domany assessments very well by utilizing theDesign Cycle
  • 5. Using the Design Cycle foran Assessment Assessment: Social Studies Documentary
  • 6. Design Cycle: Investigate- Should identify the problem that is needed tobe solved to create the product.- Our group had to present major events thatoccurred during the Second Phase of thePhilippine Revolution by making us tell thestory as if it were a newscast.
  • 7. Design Cycle: Design- list down the requirements to be able tocomplete the product and solve the problemgiven- We were able to come up with an AV scriptthat would guide us in what to put in thenewscast
  • 8. Design Cycle: Plan-Students should plan in creating the product ora plan in making solutions if there are certainproblems in the making.-Planning is important because it is the key tomake a good presentation- Our group planned on what to put into thevideo and how we would shoot it, we plannedthe different angles and locations where wewould do our shoot
  • 9. Design Cycle: Create- Should be able to follow the plan and be ableto create a product- We were able to follow the original plan thatwe wrote down and were able to make theproduct successfully.
  • 10. Design Cycle: Evaluate-Students should evaluate their productbecause it is where the students get to see theoverall of their product- The newscast video was submitted to ourteacher for grading.
  • 11. SummaryThe Design Cycle is a very useful tool in doingany assessment, activity or basically anythingthat you need to plan out before actually doing.
