3. OUR MISSION. Losing to Win is a business dedicated to inspiring healthy weight loss challenges within the workplace. Our mission is to inspire individuals to think differently towards weight loss and healthy eating, through education, group support, and initiative to see the biggest change overall.
5. Where does one begin? A Losing to Win coordinator will sign up a group of individuals within the business that wish to participate in a weight-loss challenge lasting approximately 6 weeks. Individuals will each pay in a flat fee that goes towards the prize pot at the end of the 6 week challenge. “Before” weight and measurements will be the starting point for each individual involved. “After” weight and measurements will be conducted at the end of the 6 weeks.
6. Weight is just a number… At Losing to Win, we strive to achieve the belief in healthy living. Weight is just a number- but a lot of factors determine that number. That is why we believe in achieving optimum body composition- rather than a number on a scale. The winner of our challenges will be based on best overall change.
7. Staying the course The hardest part about weight loss is staying on board, Our trained staff will help to ensure that follow up is occurring with each one of our past competitors via weekly mailings – to help encourage the journey to optimum fitness.
