I'm a consultant specialized in service design and storytelling with healthy enthusiasm for all things social and digital. I believe great customer experiences require great communications and that customer-centricity should be taken to a deeper level, right to the core of organizational culture.
I have a broad skill set from training and organizational development to service design. As an experienced trainer and public speaker I have great presentation and facilitation skills.
