MARKET WRAP
Indian equity market ends gaining 1.8%; Nifty up 103 pts & Sensex up 351 pts.
German Ind. Prod. m/m came at 1.2%, GBP Official Bank Rate came at 0.50%.
European markets were up with FTSE leading, Dow future was up 31 pts.

Indian equity market made robust gains today with all sectoral indices closing with
significant gain of around 2%. Nifty ended up 103 pts to settle at 5728 while Sensex
was up 351 pts at 19078. Euro markets were also up today with CAC up 17 pts at 3977,
FTSE up 25 pts at 6027 & DAX up 29 pts at 7460. Dow future was up 31 pts at 12600.

Larsen and Toubro has broken its upward resistance line to day after being in an
uptrend channel for the past 2 – 3 months. The stock has already broken crucial
d
resistance of 200 DMA and rallied today more than 3% and ended above its crucial
level of 1850 to settle at 1863.45 L&T can now rally to 1940-2000 in the near term.
