Our Philosophy
We’re always working on the combination of Mindsets,
Behaviours and Processes needed to make change happen
We attack attitudes first and throughout, to change the way
people think about themselves, their role and their business
We find ways to insist that people try new behaviours (whilst
they’re with us)- doing real pieces of work
We get people to learn simple, memorable processes to
guide their thinking and behaviours
We work hard to develop strong rapport early
So that we can move into high challenge and help people
make changes quickly
Just enough investigation to understand the business
A few days of observation is enough for us to speak the
language of the business, give the impression that we
understand it, and identify and be able to quote to people
the limiting mindsets being used.
Be the material…..
We only teach ideas, principles and approaches which we use
ourselves in the way we work
So people can see use modelling mindsets, behaviours and
processes, whilst we’re coaching, mentoring or training in the
selfsame mindsets, behaviours and processes
We continually repeat and link core ideas with new material-
laying in more depth and sophistication every time
People who work with us know our material will be around
for a long time, and that the ideas we introduce never go
away
We make sense of NLP and Accelerated Learning Techniques
in order to encode everything. Our team are all NLP
Practitioners
In 1-to-1s, as well as in group work, we chunk information,
and keep things punchy- always ready to move on before a
topic is finished to keep people’s brains engaged and active
We make use of more ‘Real Play’ rather than ‘Role Play’-
getting people to try out new approaches in real situations
before they leave us
So that they’re confident, and know already that they can
change
