8. General Rule
Student organizations
may use their allotted
funds for expenditures
that are in accordance
with the club’s mission
that do not conflict
with any state statutes,
policies, or procedures
9. General Understandings
– Personal dues or memberships fees are not
allowed. Student organization dues to a parent
organization may be allowed.
– Personal recreation equipment rental or purchase.
– Items that are for personal use.
– Expenses during travel status which would be
considered recreational

• Benefit to the student body
• Foster a College Community
• Provide support for speakers, events and
programs
• Provide support for student leadership
development that also provides a benefit to
the student body
