2. Our History
-- In year 2005, Shanghai Mocen Fluid Power was
founded in Shanghai. Our core business is
customizing hydraulic system for customers. We do
the design and subcontract the manufacturing.
-- In year 2008, the first manufacturing plant
established in the Yuyao, Mocen start to manufacture
hydraulic system by our own, in order to achieve better
quality control in the production.
-- In the year 2010, Mocen moved his manufacturing
plant to Shanghai. We invested more equipment,
machining center, CNC lathe and testing equipment.
-- In the year 2012, Mocen have ISO9001 Quality
System certificated by TÜV Rheinland.
-- In the year 2015, Mocen is preparing to spread in
Europe in onder to keep close to European customers

9. Product Assembly
 Assembly operators will be trained for every
new product before production
 Every assembly team is leaded by a skilled
and experienced team leader.
 SOP file will be ready before mass production.
 In-Processing Quality Control executed rigidly.

10. Testing
 All Mocen hydraulic system are
100% tested before packing.
 Testing report can be provided
upon customer’s inquiry.
 Functional/Type testing at prototype period
 Lifecycle testing before mass production
 Third-party test will be performed when customer’s required
