1. Gender: Even though I’m male, and they are stereotyped to be “emotionless and strong”, I still show emotion and because it was the way I was raised. I believe that men and woman are equal. Women can do anything men can. Environment: I respect the environment as much as anything else. Without the environment around us, we would not have the beauty of Nature we have today, and people would not be as healthy as they are without it. Religion & Spirituality: I do believe in God, but I am not a church go-er, I don’t pray to God, and I’ve never been baptized. This is just the way I was raised in my family. I know there is a greater power out there outside of the world. Relationship to Land: I’m very appreciative of the land. I’ve grown up to be respectful of the land, to recycle and not to litter. I love looking out in the land and seeing the Nature and Life out there. Ideology: I think we have to live life to the fullest because to some peoples disbelief, it will end in time. Love what you have, and love what you gain. Language: I think it is important because it defines who we are. For example, the language I speak, the way I pronounce it, and my accent tells people I am from North America. Media: I value media very much. It is an everyday part of my life. There are different forms of Media. The form that affects me everyday is Music. I love listening to music. As I don’t like the silence very much. Culture: My background has multiple views in it. I’m Native, French and German. But as being born and raised in Canada, I tend to find other cultures to be different. I’m not accustomed to them, and I have grown up knowing nothing about them and not experiencing them. Most, if not all of this, was learned from my parents and family, and from school. Even though I don’t like social, it has helped me shape some of my Ideologies and views that I have today.
