• The Portuguese consume a lot of dry cod (bacalhau
in Portuguese), for which there are hundreds of
recipes. Two other popular fish recipes are grilled

popular northern dish is the arroz de sarrabulho (rice
stewed in pigs blood) or the arroz de cabidela (Rice
and chickens meat stewed in chickens blood). Typical
fast food dishes incluide bifanas (grilled pork) or
prego (grilled beef) sandwiches, which are well
known around the country.

Blasted Mechanism (experimental electro-rock).
Also hip-hop, with bands such as Da
Weasel, Boss AC and Sam the Kid.
