A. No, a CMA estimates a current sale price for your home. A Buyer Appeal
Assessment tells you what you can do to get the highest possible price.
Q. Are you going to tell me how much my house is worth?
A. We are happy to provide you with a CMA. You have two options: 1) Answer
a few quick questions, and we can do an online CMA and email it to you, or
2) For a more precise market analysis of your property, we are willing to
come and see your home at a time that’s convenient for you. In either
case, there’s no obligation to put your home on the market.
Q. Is a Buyer Appeal Assessment the same as Staging?
A. No. It is a precursor and an assessment. Staging may be one of the
