    Q1: Is Hootsuite free?
    A1: Yes, to a certain point. Unless you need to add team members or manage a lot of different accounts, you probably won't need to upgrade. But if you do, it's very inexpensive ($5-15/month).

    Q2: It's hard to read details on the slides. Can we download to print later (not watch the whole presentation)?
    A2: Yes, you can download them from here, or look at this presentation in fullscreen mode.

    Q3: For personal social media: How much should we update? Is there a minimum for LinkedIn?
    A3: For personal social media, there's no minimum. I see a lot of traffic to my sites coming from LinkedIn, but that's not because I consistently post there, I just set up feeds from my website and Twitter profiles when I filled in my LinkedIn information. So whenever those are updated, my connections or anyone browsing my profile have access to a constant stream of new information.
