Club

     Volunteers Policy

 • All volunteers are required by the RBWM to complete an application form, an
     Occupational Health questionnaire, an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau
     disclosure form, and provide the names of two referees.
 • Volunteers should not give out any personal information such as their address,
     telephone numbers or e:mail.
 •   Volunteers are advised not to link to individual children’s social networking sites such
     as, Facebook, Myspace, Bebo etc.
 • Volunteers may be deployed during the session by the Saturday Club co-ordinators
     to an area that requires supervision.
 • Saturday Club welcomes volunteers of 17 + to support families to enjoy the session,
     to be a listening ear to parents/carers and to join in activities with the children as and
     when required.
 •   Relevant training will be sought if requested or needed.
 • In line with our Saturday Club Confidentiality Policy, the privacy of children, parents,
     carers and volunteers must be respected in our commitment to their safety and well-
     being.
 • The Saturday Club will ensure that all, parents, carers and volunteers can share their
     information in confidence.
