I Richard P. Ranciato would like to inform you of my opinion of Nathan Stadig. I had the pleasure
of working with Nate as a volunteer and also a parent of one of his wrestlers. Nate is a very hard working
and hands-on coach with a strong sense of discipline. His knowledge of the sport is vast yet he continues to
educate himself through experience and study. I myself have coached many sports over the past 15 years on
all levels from youth to Semi-pro and was impressed with Nate’s work ethic and more important his
relationship with the participants and the parent’s. My son Jason now wrestling in High School has stated to
me on several occasions that his 2 years with Coach Nate were very educating and he appreciated his sense
of fairness and accountability. He credits his love for the sport to the experiences he had early on with
Coach Nate. I would like to endorse coach Stadig as a trust worthy candidate for any wrestling coaching
