Associate Quality and Education Manager (GSK): April 2014 – till date
Responsible for oversight and delivery of training to all countries in the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific
(EMAP) region – India, Pakistan, Turkey, South Africa, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand,
Philippines, Singapore, Russia, Vietnam, South Korea and Japan.
Responsible for oversight of quality control in above mentioned countries by liaising with Quality Managers in
each countries, tracking the progress of the Quality Plan and addressing doubts and queries
Helped to develop content for proper application of Risk Based Monitoring in GSK, and have delivered face-to-
face/virtual training on the same to global CRAs.
Local Trainer (GSK INDIA): December 2009 – Till Date
Back-Up Local Trainer (GSK INDIA): May 2008 - November 2009
Have organized and conducted monthly Department Meetings for continuous training of the Clinical Operations
department at GSK India since May 2008.
Have coordinated and conducted more than 10 Induction programs for new joinees in the Clinical Operation
(India) department from May 2008 till date.

members are addressed adequately

Develop monitoring plans with the team to ensure that key deadlines are met
Maintain team spirit and motivation, especially while facing challenging interim analysis deadlines
Train new joiners to the study team and conduct shadow monitoring till they were capable of managing the
study independently.
Also worked as interim study manager (May 2011 till December 2012) for a Phase 3 cardiovascular study
(STABILITY) in the absence of managerial resource at GSK, and was responsible for the following activities:
Managed 5 CRAs who oversaw a total of 14 sites, from the end of recruitment phase till database freeze and
close out.
Recreating budgets to deal with changes brought about by protocol amendments and changes in study strategy
Deal with attrition and manage seamless transition within the team
