HVAC Project at Exchange Mini Mall
The Exchange Mini-Mall HVAC project is scheduled to start on Monday, 02 April. The project is
a base initiative to upgrade the HVAC in the existing Mini-Mall complex. One of the require-
ments for the work to be completed is to have the retail sales floor closed for a 30-day period
while the contractors complete the ductwork in the main retail sales floor.
The Exchange understands closure of the retail sales floor will affect the service to the commu-
nity. In order to minimize a disruption of service, the Northgate Express will open 24 hours
during the time-frame the Mini-mall is under renovation during the month of April.
The proposal is the following:. Beginning Monday, 02 April: Mini-mall hours of operation will
be 0600 - 2000 hrs for a minimum of 30 days during the construction period.
Mini-mall will be limited to a very small assortment of retail items (tobacco, and carbonated
beverages).
Popeye's will not be affected by the project and will be open regular hours of operation.
Barber Shop, Laundry
Alternations and Laundromat will not be affected during this period.
Northgate Express will begin 24 hour operation starting on Monday, 02 April until the Mini-
mall project is completed.

Habitat for Humanity
Habitat For Humanity is having a fundraiser this com-
ing week (beginning Saturday 3/31/12) and they are
having a hard time finding volunteers.
They typically target high school students/youth to
help out only because it is an easy fundraiser for them to help with, but accompa-
nied by an adult. Youth is not necessary .. adult volunteers are also welcome.
It is a stick house fundraiser held at the Salmon Run Mall. We have 3 hour shifts
each day for a week, 2 to 3 people per shift needed. We sell popsicle sticks for $1
and they are hot glued to a 5' house frame and the goal is to completely cover the
house frame and raise money for Habitat to build a "real" home here in our commu-
nity.
If you are interested in helping out, please contact Pam Rajner 486-7321.

A reminder that the filing deadline for 2011 returns is 17 April 2012, unless you
were deployed during 2011. Deployed Soldiers get an automatic, minimum 180
day extension from the time they re-deploy. On top of that, the deadline is ex-
tended by the number of days that were left in the filing season (generally, 1
January - 15 April) when you entered a combat zone.
Lifetime Channel's "Coming Home" television
series features several of our 10th CAB Soldiers'
and Families' reunions following redeployment
last fall. If you haven't had a chance to watch,
