schedule normal, do what you can to "fool" your body into thinking day is night and vice
versa. When you're awake, use music and bright lights to make it seem as if it's day.
To get yourself to sleep, keep your bedroom dark and make sure you can block out all the
noise possible. In severe cases, your doctor may be needed to cure insomnia. However if you
use common sense you may be able to fix this problem on your own. Don't dismiss the advice
of watching your caffeine intake, blocking out light and sound from your bedroom, and
staying on the same schedule every day.
These things may seem trivial but they often help to cure insomnia. If you do these things and
make sure to continue to do them every single day, you may find that your sleeplessness is a
