1. F-35: Door Actuator Test Stand:
Counterpart: Grand Rapids, Michigan (USA).
Onsite Visit: April 2009-June 2009.
Statement of Work: Improve the performance & design of ATE so as to pass its MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
successfully.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Developed the software for the Automatic test stand.
 Implemented hardware wiring modifications to automate ATP tests.
 Tested & verified the equipment w.r.t Software as well as hardware.

2. Phenom100/300 PDU Electrical Schematics:

Statement of Work: Designing of Electrical schematics for Phenom PDUs (Power Distribution Units).
Businesses meeting for kick starting the plan for up-gradation of the ATEs.

3. Cessna Refuelling Panel:

Statement of Work: To interface the LCD panel with the LabVIEW to verify the functionality & logic of the LCD panel
circuit.

 Developed software to interface with the LCD display of the Refuelling panel.
 Communication of the hardware through Serial communication.

4. Design of an ATE for Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter:

LABVIEW PROJECTS HANDLED WHILE IN THETA CONTROLS:
1. DAQ & Test System of (Dual Station) Crankshaft Hardening Machine:
This application is developed to acquire the electrical parameters of crankshaft having 20 positions & 4 Indices of
hardening .The acquisition is synchronized with respect to the handshaking signals initiated from PLC through the
CNC Machine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Complete Development &Implementation of the Software on Client Site.
2. DAQ & Test System of (Single Station) Horizontal Scanning Hardening machine:
This application is developed to acquire the electrical parameters (while component under test) with respect to the
handshaking signals initiated from the PLC System.
Role & Responsibilities:
 Complete Development &Implementation of the Software on Client Site.
3. GPS Navigator:
This system was implemented to acquire the data from the GPS receiver & display the distance it has travelled along
with the latitude & longitude at that respective position. The user is also given the feature to log the data so that he
can review the history of the distance he has travelled; on the trend.
Role & Responsibilities:
 Complete Development &Implementation of the Software.
4. Logic Simulator:
In this application, the embedded logic card has predefined built in hardware logic. This logic Card gives some O/P
Pattern to the Pre-Defined I/P Pattern. The user is given the feature to create its own logic; save the logic file & use
it further to test the card.
Role & Responsibilities:
 Complete Development &Implementation of the Software.
5. Automatic DI Tester:
This system was implemented to test the 8 i /p DI Cards. It verifies the status of the digital signal transmitted
serially (VISA Protocol) & displays the result on the Front Panel.

1. Scrambler & descrambler in FPGA using VHDL(July 2004-June2005)
A voice security system is implemented using data scrambler-descrambler Technique which is a pseudorandom
generator developed on the concept of N-order polynomial, using VHDL.
2. Traffic & Streetlight Controller (August 2002- May 2003).
This is a complete adjustable Traffic & Streetlight system controlling timings of four sides separately, along with the
automatic switching on/off of the street lights in the mornings and evenings with flexible settings, using digital logic
gates.
3. Remote Controlled Defence Tank System (June2001-May 2002)
The movement & the angle of the target point of Defence tank is controlled through a remote control which is
based on the principle of DTMF (Dual Tone Multiple Frequency).

Roles & Responsibilities:  Developed software to interface with the LCD display of the Refuelling panel.  Communication of the hardware through Serial communication.  Testing & verifying the built-in Logic. 4. DAQ & Test System of (Dual Station) Crankshaft Hardening Machine: This application is developed to acquire the electrical parameters of crankshaft having 20 positions & 4 Indices of hardening .The acquisition is synchronized with respect to the handshaking signals initiated from PLC through the CNC Machine. Roles & Responsibilities:  Complete Development &Implementation of the Software on Client Site. 2. DAQ & Test System of (Single Station) Horizontal Scanning Hardening machine: This application is developed to acquire the electrical parameters (while component under test) with respect to the handshaking signals initiated from the PLC System. Role & Responsibilities:  Complete Development &Implementation of the Software on Client Site. 3. GPS Navigator: This system was implemented to acquire the data from the GPS receiver & display the distance it has travelled along with the latitude & longitude at that respective position. The user is also given the feature to log the data so that he can review the history of the distance he has travelled; on the trend. Role & Responsibilities:  Complete Development &Implementation of the Software. 4. Logic Simulator: In this application, the embedded logic card has predefined built in hardware logic. This logic Card gives some O/P Pattern to the Pre-Defined I/P Pattern. The user is given the feature to create its own logic; save the logic file & use it further to test the card. Role & Responsibilities:  Complete Development &Implementation of the Software. 5. Automatic DI Tester: This system was implemented to test the 8 i /p DI Cards. It verifies the status of the digital signal transmitted serially (VISA Protocol) & displays the result on the Front Panel.
