Every step that we took along the way
to opening Commonwealth House, from
selecting the property, to designing the
layout , to hiring the staff, and even down
to the color of the rooms, was meant to
make the residents feel comfortable and
“at home”as possible. We are excited to
welcome all the new members of our fam-
ily to Commonwealth House!
We work hard to have the best staff in
the business. Caregivers, Certified Nurses
Aides, Medication Technicians and Nurses
all love working at Commonwealth House,
because our model allows them to provide
the personal level of care that compelled
them to enter the assisted living profes-
sion in the first place. When you meet our
staff, that satisfaction will show. They are
friendly and approachable, and love their
work.
At Commonwealth House, your safety
and security is a top priority. Even though
we are a small community with only 10
residents, we are equipped with all of the
safety systems of large-scale assisted liv-
ing. Residents receive pendants that can
call for assistance anywhere on the prop-
erty with the push of a button.

So can a single-family home in a residential
neighborhood also be a top quality as-
sisted living facility? Can it offer the same
amenities as some of the larger facilities
that I have been looking at?
The answer to these questions is a resound-
ing yes! Not only can we offer the same
services and amenities that other assisted
living facilities offer, but we can do it better
and in a more personalized way than they
can because of our small size and home-
like setting.

large, distant, and impersonal. That’s why
we decided to bring senior living HOME!

Meal time is something we all look forward
to, and here at Commonwealth House, we
make it worth the wait! Our professional
chef prepares all meals, and believes that
simple and hearty can also be sophisticat-
ed. Watch the chef work as fresh, delicious,
farm-to-table dishes are prepared and
served at your request in our bright and
open dining room.
