• City of Georgetown inspected the plumbing on March 30 Pre-Proposal Meeting December 8, 2010
• Edge forms for foundation will begin April 11

• Substantial completion is scheduled for August 15

Field House Proposal Evaluations January 4, 2011
• Foundation pad is complete General Contractor Recommendation to School Board January 10, 2011
• Under slab plumbing began March 30. First Owner/CO Meeting February 15, 2011
• Edge forms for foundation will begin April 14 Construction Start Date February 18, 2011
• Substantial completion is scheduled for August 15
Building Permit Issued March 16, 2011
Substantial Completion (Field/Track and Bleachers) August 1, 2011
Field/Track and Bleachers
• Rough grading is 75 percent complete for the entire site Substantial Completion (Buildings) August 15, 2011
• Carter Construction is scheduled to begin construction of the track
and field in two weeks
• Southern Bleachers is scheduled to begin drilling piers for the
structural columns that support the metal bleachers.
• Substantial completion is scheduled for August 1. Students and
staff may begin using the track and field on this day.
