The mason started laying out Schematic Design Presentation November 11, 2010 walls on April 26, 2011 followed by the base coarse and flashing on Architect Signs Documents November 24, 2010 April 27, 2011. Pre-Proposal Meeting December 8, 2010 Proposal Part A Due December 21, 2010 FIELD HOUSE Proposal Part B Due December 22, 2010 • The underground plumbing and electrical rough-in is 100 percent complete. The field house slab is scheduled to be poured on April Proposal Evaluations January 4, 2011 29, 2011. The masonry will begin at the field house the first week in General Contractor Recommendation to School Board January 10, 2011 May. First Owner/CO Meeting February 15, 2011 Construction Start Date February 18, 2011 FIELD/TRACK AND BLEACHERS Building Permit Issued March 16, 2011 • At the track and field, scarifying and moisture conditioning is Substantial Completion (Field/Track and Bleachers) August 1, 2011 currently in progress. All rough-in grading and site utilities are complete at the site. Substantial Completion (Buildings) August 15, 2011 • Pier drilling for the bleacher foundation began April 27, 2011 • The metal building delivery date is tentatively set for May 26, 2011.
