Work Experience
C-colour - Shop Decorator (Sept 2015 – Dec 2015) - UK
As a shop decorator I was responsible for decorating shops with designs and material set out by the
company. C-colour prides itself in its service for Design, which is why I always followed a high
standard of work ethic and obsessed over every details of each design for shops.
PCL – Warehouse Operative (Nov 2013 – Aug 2015) - UK
Working with the warehouse operative team, I was tasked with allocating the correct stock for
customer orders following order notes sent by head office. I adhered to company Health & Safety
policies which helped prevent potential risks that could have occurred whilst I was at work. I was
efficient in my role where I met targets on a weekly basis to ensure customer orders were sent out
on time.
The Oakley Court – Waitress/Bartender (Feb 2013 – Oct 2013) - UK
I enjoyed working as a Waitress and as a Bartender whilst employed at The Oakley Court. I was able
to deal with customer orders, enquiries and complaints efficiently to make sure customers were
always satisfied with our service. It allowed me to further develop my skills in customer service,
which boosted my confidence in communicating in English.

Because of my past waitressing and bartending experience that I had acquired whilst working in Italy,

Although my mother tongue is Italian, I am able to read and write competently in English. I am
always striving to better myself English speaking skills, which is why I tend to read books written in
English and interact with colleagues in English.
