Dat was de grote vraag achter de HR Enquete 2009 van Het Financieele Dagblad. Bedrijven hebben de teugels aangehaald en het werkplezier is daarmee voor een grote groep flink afgenomen. Alles van salarissen, secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en bijscholing staat onder druk. Vooral werknemers in de financiële sector hebben het zwaar. “Je zou verwachten dat banken een grote behoefte hebben aan nieuw talent, maar in de praktijk blijkt dat deze organisaties potdicht zitten”, aldus een deelnemer. Toch is er ook hoop. Bijna 25% ziet juist meer kansen. En voor de mensen die van baan willen wisselen: ruim 95% van de deelnemers aan het onderzoek is bereid mensen in hun netwerk te helpen.
