Citrus fruits. These fruits such as oranges, lemon, tangerine, and grapefruits are rich in vitamin C
which helps reduce stress. It also helps return your blood pressure and cortisol levels to normal after a
stressful situation. And as a plus, it also boosts your immune system which weakens whenever the
body is stressed.
3. Foods rich in vitamin B. Like vitamin A, vitamin B can also help reduce the effects of stress by
helping the body relax and calm down. It removes the feelings of stress and enhances your mood. So
include foods such as nuts, oats, grains, soybeans, poultry and eggs in your diet for a healthy dose of
vitamin B.
