System requirements Web Server Disk space  Apache 2.x or Microsoft IIS 15 Mb PHP 5.3.x Database Server Mysql 5.0.15 or higher with PDO SQLite 3.3.7 or higher Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle (are supported by an additional module sqlsrv and oracle)
Download drupal-7.10.zip from drupal.org/project/drupal chmod 777 sites/default/files sites/default/settings.php
File Structure chmod 0644 settings.php libraries  modules  themes 
