system produce both products and the
failures = Emergences.

These are produced by the intricacies of
innumerable interactions with underlying
rules and the paradoxes against which we
are constantly adapting.

Hence from the viewpoint of Emergence
there is hardly any difference between
Maintenance & Operation or any Other
Functions in the Organization. Embracing
unpredictability is the only option.
