CAT OMP is a support project with ECC 6.0 & CRM 5.0 as a front end with Internet Sales 
application. 
Contribution:- 
 Onsite Coordinator for a period of 2 years (Oct 2010 till Oct 2012) performing different 
activities related to Incident tickets, Change tickets & project management. During this 
tenure, was a SPOC from IBM to manage all the Client deliverables.
