Contribution:-
Onsite Coordinator for a period of 2 years (Oct 2010 till Oct 2012) performing different
activities related to Incident tickets, Change tickets & project management. During this
tenure, was a SPOC from IBM to manage all the Client deliverables.
Performing a role of change control manager from IBM to track yearly change tickets &
