Too many business leaders underestimate the impact of social media on them, their organisations and the wider business environment. Their unwillingness to engage could be costly in the long term.
With The Social C-Suite I'm exploring ways to help senior executives become more connected - not only with their customers, business partners and employees - but also with each other. C-Suite peer groups are popular, but they cost a lot of money - not every CXO can justify the cost.
