1. After our presentation we were given a set of instructions by the client, the feedback given was to
do with the presentation and told us things we hadn’t included and things which should be changed.
There were aspects of the presentation which might’ve been included in the proposal but not in the
presentation as we felt like they were not needed, we wanted the presentation to act as an
overview of our work.
The questions that were asked included the budget; we were asked if we were going to need the
whole £20,000 to which we responded with a no, since we wanted to increase the budget in order to
account for any unseen things which may arise during the production of the promotional video.
The client then asked us how long the filming would take and when we will be finished
witheverything for the video. We explained that the filming will take us overall around 2-4 days, and
then we would each individually edit our own version of the promotional video, this is entirely
dependent on the person editing it, and their familiarity with the program, but I’d say it would only
take a maximum of 1 week.
After I had asked my client had seen the presentation, I could ask for feedback from a questionnaire
I created. I was able to review what they had said and make changes accordingly. The only thing they
suggested was to speed up the tour of the college to make it into a time lapse, this is something that
should be easy to do and will definitely sort the pace of the video out and make it into a reasonable
length.
