The Southside Area Neighborhood Plan is a short-term action plan that implements the city's Comprehensive Plan within a smaller area. It focuses on neighborhood integrity, mobility, public facilities, and implementation over a 5-7 year period. The plan was created based on public input and aims to improve the street network, parks, infrastructure, and community character of the Southside area through a series of phased projects costing an estimated $3.2 million. Progress will be evaluated annually.
