Annual Report
Our Suport Network
A local project aiming to empower individuals with Mental Health
difficulties developed in partnership with Mind UK. From the initial
Needs and Wants assessments conducted with our potential beneficiaries,
it became clear that they lack the self-confidence to undertake different
activities, including physical activity.
The intial goal of the project is to increase the beneficiaries’ self-confidence
through fitness classes, with the ultimate goal of empowering them
to achieve their individual goals.
2. An initial test ( marked in red) determines the current situation the beneficiaries see themselves at.
The second is done at each level to assess their improvements (marked in orange).

33% of our students are from overseas, and speak multiple languages.
We saw the opportunity and paired beneficiaries with a coach who speaks their native language to aid in the
initial stages of learning.
This was the birth of our bilingual approach.
At any stage our beneficiaries can use our CV and employability workshop to increase their chances of
employment

Last year we saw segregated communities and social isolation due to poor language skills, the same issues
we found in the Roma community.
This year we restructured the old Rewriting Fate model in order to improve the livelihood assets of more
vulnerable migrants.
Pacific Watersheds works to empower rural
communiities in the south Pacific Coast of Nicaragua,
Central America, to improve their livelihoods through
access to clean drinking water. We aim to work with the existing
rural water Committees (called CAPS) which are established in each village.
Project timeline:
1. Exploratory Trip (in-depth N&W Assessment)
2. Community knowledge creation (with Project Partners on-site)
3. Handbook for CAPS guidance and training
4. Implementation of Technical solution
