  2. 2. <ul><li>Must be interactive ….lecturing is boring </li></ul><ul><li>Intern vs. COOP definitions – let’s speak same language </li></ul><ul><li>We don’t need to talk about the benefits, right? </li></ul><ul><li>Don’t evaluate the integration, just evaluate the data… in other words, don’t think how on earth am I going to implement that…think about whether it is a good idea. If it makes business sense, then you make it happen. </li></ul><ul><li>Start thinking like a CFO - $$ </li></ul><ul><li>I am not always right …….. just don’t tell my husband </li></ul>
  3. 3. <ul><li>Divide into 4 groups </li></ul><ul><li>2 groups are going to represent the company </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Develop a Company name per group </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Elect a Chief Presenting Officer (spokesperson ) </li></ul></ul><ul><li>2 groups are going to be the university side </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Develop a College/University Name per group </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Elect a Dean of the College (spokesperson) </li></ul></ul>

  5. 5. <ul><li>One point of contact for all internships and coops; dealing with different departments creates duplicate work……costs more $$ </li></ul><ul><li>More candidates for COOPs – need to sell to parents especially in this age of helicopter parents </li></ul><ul><li>Need class credits for program especially COOPs…this encourages more participation </li></ul><ul><li>Well prepared candidates for interviewing, resume review, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>Get small players in the game easier – get more students pla </li></ul><ul><li>Resume books and/or SKYPE Fairs </li></ul>
