Electronic health record (EHR) systems: These systems allow healthcare providers to record and access patient information electronically, including medical history, diagnoses, treatment plans, and test results. EHRs can improve the accuracy and efficiency of care delivery, as well as facilitate communication and coordination between care team members.
Telemedicine platforms: These platforms allow patients to connect with healthcare providers remotely, using video conferencing or other means of communication. Telemedicine can improve access to care for patients in rural or remote areas, as well as reduce the need for in-person visits.
Remote monitoring systems: These systems use sensors or other technology to track a patient's vital signs and other health indicators, and transmit the data to a healthcare provider. Remote monitoring can help identify potential issues early, allowing for timely intervention and potentially reducing the need for hospitalization.
Personal emergency response systems (PERS): These systems allow patients to call for help in the event of an emergency, using a wearable device or other device. PERS can provide peace of mind for both patients and their caregivers, and can improve the safety of care delivery in the home.
Care management software: designed to help agencies manage and coordinate the care of multiple clients. It can include features such as rostering, task tracking, and eMAR.
