to give
Your legacy - helping iprovision
help PR people in need
Making a will helps you to look after
the people you care about. After you
think about your family and friends,
you could consider leaving a gift to
iprovision. Such a gift, no matter what
size, would make an important and
lasting contribution to our work to
support others.
iprovision helps people in the PR
industry when they are in hardship.
We have helped people when
they have been out of work, have
caring responsibilities, mental health
problems or other illness and long term
disability issues. Many people have
not expected the challenges they find
themselves facing and iprovision is
able to provide additional help.
Funding for iprovision doesn’t come
from CIPR but from donations from
members and past members.
Writing
your will
If you are planning to write
a will, or to amend your will,
we suggest that you seek
professional, independent
legal advice to make sure your
wishes for your family, friends
and any charities cannot be
misunderstood later on.
You can leave us a gift in three ways:
a fixed sum of money – known
as pecuniary; the value can be
protected from inflation by linking
it to an inflation index
a percentage of your total wealth
– known as residuary; or
a specific gift, for example shares.
If you include us in your will you need
to state the following:
iprovision, The Chartered Institute
of Public Relations Benevolent
Fund, a Charitable Incorporated
Organisation 52-53 Russell Square,
London WC1B 4HP
Registered charity number:
1157465.
If you have any specific requests, we
encourage you to get in touch with
us prior to making your will so we can
work with you to maximise the impact
of your gift.
