At C2B, we believe that the constumor is more than just a market. Most of the companies focus on B2B or B2C, but a new market has arisen: the C2B market. Who isn't connected to this market, will not offer enough value to be a success in the end.
C2B developes, builts and manages movements to connect with your customer, in ways company haven't experienced before. Most of the times with help of crowdsourcing or co-creation.
Last but not least, we give lectures and host workshops regarding customer involvement. With these lectures, we aim to inspire and activate companies to start their own crowd movements.
