An organizational system(s) allow them to avoid
being the latest ‘flavor of the month’ and
ultimately determine sustainability. A system
guided by sound values and vision is one that is
long for today’s business world.
Culture
Corresponding Non-Negotiable:
1.Collaboration
Organizations that foster a collaborative culture are reaping the rewards
in terms of employee and customer engagement, financial viability, and
overall success of the organization.
2. Transformation
I can tolerate a lot but when I get fed up with
something it requires a huge investment to take the
steps needed for transformation. In WSCC, I believe
transformation is the desired outcome in most
instances.
People

At whatever level, we know that without an engaged audience, concept,
meeting, etc. we will lose participation and the process will be short-
lived.

What we put out in terms of products or customer service is the ultimate
reflection of our values, mission, and vision. It is the responsibility of
the entire system to ensure the quality of our outputs.
Conclusion
We’ve come so far on this journey together.
Getting up it was optional, getting down is
mandatory.
Don’t ask yourself what the
world needs. Ask yourself
what makes you come alive and
then go do that. Because what
the world needs is people who
have come alive.

  • 10. Systems Corresponding Non-Negotiable: 1.Sustainability An organizational system(s) allow them to avoid being the latest ‘flavor of the month’ and ultimately determine sustainability. A system guided by sound values and vision is one that is long for today’s business world.

Culture Corresponding Non-Negotiable: 1.Collaboration Organizations that foster a collaborative culture are reaping the rewards in terms of employee and customer engagement, financial viability, and overall success of the organization. 2. Transformation I can tolerate a lot but when I get fed up with something it requires a huge investment to take the steps needed for transformation. In WSCC, I believe transformation is the desired outcome in most instances.

  • 13. Outputs Corresponding Non-Negotiable: 1.Responsibility What we put out in terms of products or customer service is the ultimate reflection of our values, mission, and vision. It is the responsibility of the entire system to ensure the quality of our outputs.
