9. Integration of Existing PC license of
Office CLIENT with Office 365
You can mix and match existing Office licenses with Office 365, so
that your existing Outlook license can connect to the Exchange on
Office 365 (assuming email license was purchased)
Use your current licenses until ready to upgrade, but:
Office 2010 required, and leaves mainstream support Oct 2015 – we
recommend Office 2013 or later for full clients
Note: Office 365 will always be up to date, and will be supported.
10. User Base and License Level…
Q: Is everyone required to have the same license level?
A: No, but of course features available will be based on license
purchased for that user login.
11. Offline Capability
Depends on where files are stored – remember, they can be almost
anywhere…
If on Office 365 / SharePoint / OneDrive for Business
Windows PC - Can sync to local storage and take offline…sync changes
later.

Mac OSX. But these devices work better synced
Email: Just like current a local Microsoft Exchange Server – your
email will be on your device and sync when connected.

Apple IOS – iPhone and iPad
