WHO MAKES UP ATELIER ID? The Atelier is headed by Andrew Elvish Andrew brings over 15 years of experience in high-technology and marketing leadership to his client-base Most recently, Andrew spent four years as Vice President of Marketing and Operations for CAE’s software subsidiary Presagis Prior to this, he directed Marketing Communications for Montreal’s renowned developer of 3D software, Softimage, as well as spending time as Creative Director for video- and film-editing powerhouse, Avid Technologyin Boston
MAKING YOUR IDENTITY WORK Building a brand and identity is a challenging and rewarding task that demands a high level of involvement from both the external consultants and internal team Atelier ID takes the approach of looking at the ‘whole picture’ of your identity – considering issues such as:  How the company interacts with its customers: in person, on-line, and in-product?  What is the role of identity in these interactions? How will the identity be properly and consistently implemented across all the facets of a company – from your phone system, to your CRM, to your corporate PowerPoint template? Modelling success for your identity: employee engagement and excitement, public relations and communication plans, and most critically, customer engagement and resonance
MORE THAN A PRETTY PICTURE The world is full of creativity and good design, but brand building and identity creation must bring more than a nice logo to the table This process involves research and analysis: Understanding your market, your product, your position visàvis your competitors/partners/clients Strategizing a positioning approach that will help you rise above noise and clutter in your marketspace Developing a consistent ‘voice’ so that your brand is communicating most effectively and directly with your existing and potential clients Building a roadmap so that your brand and identity evolve and grow in line with your own strategic plans and objectives for your business
