REASONS WHY FAILURE IN TEAM WORK TAKES PLACE
1.
2. Teamwork .... What Is It?
A team is defined as a group (a
collection of people) who interact
to achieve a common goal.
They skillfully combine appropriate
individual talents with a positive
team spirit to achieve results.
3. INTRODUCTION
As today our topic is on team work here I
introduce you to a small company which has been
established in Chandigarh which was working on
the aim of providing software solutions for the
people over there.
This group was consisting of 5 members, they
were truly aimed towards a common goal ,and
they were working with unity.
And the interesting fact of this team is that this
team was just collapsed in 30 days.
6. Introduction of each team
member in brief

K. Harish Varma

Y. Suresh

T. Arun
Age:26
7.
8. On this day Harish and all his members had
established a small software solutions company
named JWALA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS on their idea.
They rented a small house near-by which consisted of
6 systems.
Maximum of the financial was given by Harish
because he has a good financial background.
All his friends were happy because they were
dreaming for this day from long ago.
9.
10.
11. As they were providing the people over there all
software solutions they could not guide themselves,
where to go, what to do, what to do next they could
not make decisions.
Then they thought of electing a team leader for their
team.
So, they went on discussing on it among themselves,
then Harish told that as I have bared max of the
financial support he would be the team leader, but
according to the team mates they thought Arun was
good because he was well experienced and knows
everything.
12.
13. As the election of team leader has been
done everything was going in a soft
manner.
But Harish used to dislike Arun.
Harish used to accept the orders of Arun in
a unwilling way
14.
15. There was a good improvement in their
company and also in team members.
And they have shifted their office from a
small house to a double storied building.
Even Harish was happy with this progress
but still dislikes Arun.
16.
17. Now their was in such a state that they could hire
employees.
So, they started hiring employees.
Then Krishna also brought his two cousin brothers to his
company.
He asked permission to his team mates to recruit them in
their company ,but their profile was very low.
So they have offered 3rd grade position but Krishna wanted
them to place in 1st grade which was not possible so they
were rejected for that position.
This made Krishna feel insult ,so Krishna could not bear
this insult so he left the team.
When Krishna had quit the job it was disgusting to the
company because they lost a efficient team worker.
18.
19. Now the company was in a good position but without
any profits one fine day a company approached to
their company and told about a project work, the
members knew that they don’t have such stamina to
do that work but Arun was overconfident about this.
And he led the team to do this task and accepted the
project.
It was a deal that if project was a success they would
pay them 65lakhs, but in case if the they failed to do it
they in return have to pay them 25lakhs.
20.
21. After the project was presented the project was
not succeeded.
The company fell into a huge loss of 25lakhs.
Now Suresh started feeling that our leader could
not take a good decision that was the reason we
had financial loss.
So he felt that it is the time to be a change in
leader So Suresh decided that Ajith the next
talented guy in the tem would be our team
leader.
As Harish did not like Arun from beginning he
also supported for this.
So the change of leader took place.
22.
23. As Arun was removed from the position team leader
he felt it as an insult, but he was still working in the
same company.
Although he was working in the same company he
could not digest the insult.
Slowly all his friends stopped talking to him, so there
was no one to share his feelings.
So, by this reason he did not concentrate on his work.
Slowly he felt this job like a burden, although this was
his aim.
So he always in dissapointment and his parents saw
him in this position and told him leave the job, so
Arun also quit the job.
24.
25. After Arun had quit the job there were no well
experienced member in the team who know how to
cross all the hurdles.
By this the name of their company came down.
Slowly they started removing the hired employees
from the company as they were not In a position to
pay them their salary.
So, their financial background came down.
26.
27. Now nobody started approaching their company for
any software support or any software help.
So, the members Suresh and Ajith gave up their job as
they could not do the work without Arun and Krishna.
So, Suresh and Ajith left the job Harish tried to
convenience them but they did not listen to him.
So, the time came to close the company because
there were no efficient workers and they connot pay
salary to their employees.
28.
29. After everything had completed Harish sold away all
the property of such as furniture and computers an
took all those money bock home.
