This document is a tally sheet for tracking the types of questions asked about a text. It lists 11 categories of questions, including those to clarify details, understand vocabulary, find specific information, connect to ideas or characters, visualize elements of the text, understand author choices, analyze text structure, summarize content, extend beyond the text, understand characters or objects, and make predictions. The tally sheet is intended to help assess reading comprehension strategies used when analyzing a text.
