Connecting Elements
In the assembly of support chains, special
connecting elements are required between
the individual components. They are
subjected to the same load demands as the
main components and must perform just as
reliably.
Snubbers
Snubbers are preferred in thermally operating
piping systems. In a dynamic event, shock
absorbers instantaneously form a practically
rigid restraint between the protected
component and the structure. Resulting
dynamic energy can at once be absorbed and
harmlessly transferred.
Stress analysis and simulation
Stress analysis is done in pipe supports to
study factors affecting the member under
stress. AAA Supports Pvt. Ltd. extensively
uses Solidworks simulation software for
performing stress analysis and calculating
deformation and stress of geometry under
load.
Rigid supports are used to restrict pipe in certain
direction without any flexibility (in that direction).
Main function of a rigid support can be Anchor,
Rest, Guide or both Rest & Guide.
Constant spring support is specially used to
accommodate constant effort load, excessive
movement of the pipeline due to high temperature and
pressure of thermal movement. Constant load takes
place through its range by a perfect counter balance
crank lever where load and spring movements through
the pivot ensure the minimum kinetic variation
Variable Spring Supports are used where pipeline are
under high pressure, high temperature and results in
vertical movement. To allow vertical movement, the
entire loads are taken care of by Variable Spring
Supports in both the hot and cold position
