Business Leadership Program by Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP)
June – July 2016 for International Students
Arrangements: US Visa, Round Air-ticket from Delhi to Pittsburgh and back. Students arriving in
groups will be received at air-port and dropped at air-port by IUP staff.
Host: IUP will make arrangement for stay and transport at its scenic - gorgeous Indiana-County
Campus.

1. Congenial stay at IUP campus for 26 days.
2. Eberly College of Business and Information Technology will conduct workshops on Business
Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain and Database Management, by the management
faculty and experts with extensive industry experience, will include practical applications,
group projects and report writing.
3. Students will visit companies such as Wal-Mart Distribution Center, Bayer or industries in
manufacturing, retail/wholesale, financial and healthcare sectors.
4. Students will have the fun of sightseeing, shopping, visiting world famous sites in Niagara Falls,
Washington D.C., Pittsburgh and Grove City Premium Outlets - one of the largest outlet malls
in the United States.
5. Students will participate in special networking and fun events during July 4th, the American
Independence Day.
6. Great exposure and opportunity for global networking, professional development, international
job and admission in globally accredited MBA at U.S. University.

All Workshop Days will have the same schedule:
 Classroom work from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
 Project / Practical Sessions from 2 pm to 5 pm
 Attendance and Report Submission compulsory for the IUP Certificate.
IUP will conduct the best leadership (exposure-cum-skill development) program as delivered in 2015
for the management & Engineering students based on the above proposed.

Prof. Sunil Kumar Garg, is the promoter of educational tourism in U.S.A., has successfully organized
vocational training at Hiram College, Ohio for 105 students and at Indiana University of Pennsylvania
for 40 students. All participants enjoyed multiple-entry U.S. Visa, flight-tickets, insurance, transport,
dreaming sightseeing and residential training at U.S. University before returning back to India in 4
weeks.
In 2015 a “Business Leadership Summer Program 2015” was accomplished at the ‘Eberly College of
Business & Information Technology’ – ‘Indiana University of Pennsylvania’ from June 15 to July 10,
2015. Students from six different universities and five states of India cherished the U.S. University
experience with memorable sightseeing, empowering cultural and leadership exposure.

IUP Summer Business Leadership Academy will conduct an educational-cum-leadership tourism
program for enthusiastic management students in June - July 2016. A minimal all-inclusive cost will
include assistance for hassle-free U.S. Visa, flight tickets, insurance, business leadership training at
IUP Campus, company visits, cultural and tourism in Pennsylvania, New York and Washington, D.C.
