2. What We Offer
On Point Protection Agency, licensed by the State of North Carolina Private Protection
Services Board, is a locally owned & operated security agency. The mission of On Point
Protection Agency is to provide services to commercial, industrial, residential and retail
businesses in the Wake County area. Through the use of current technology and trained
professional officers, On Point Protection far exceeds the services that the industry provides.
National & Regional security companies exist to be highly profitable. Unfortunately, this
results in inadequate service to it’s clients. The larger the corporation, the further they are from
understanding and responding to the concerns of local clients. They also employ undertrained
officers at low rates to maximize profits. This often results in untrained, inexperienced officers
providing services. These companies often have a large turnover, which effects the quality of
services provided.

8. Communication
The most important role for proper security practices is
communication. With the use of technology, management
is constantly notified of any issues or concerns through
daily log and incident reports. All information is
maintained & communicated for follow-up action. All
officers are immediately available by radio or cell
communication.
Management is in constant communication with clients
and staff to take immediate action on concerns.
9. Costs
Costs for services are generally not a flat rate fee. The specific
needs of a client cannot be determined by a flat rate fee. The
costs are determined by many factors and are adjusted based on
your specific needs. This fee would be discussed in detail with
potential clients before a decision is made. It is the only way to
provide a service at a fair and competitive rate.
Many agencies have a set rate because they are not flexible in
their services. This is where On Point is unique.
10. Conclusion
On Point Protection Agency is about providing a trained and experienced officer to protect
all assets – property, staff, visitors, customers and reduce liabilities. Most companies offer
untrained officers who have no knowledge or experience when the need arises. On Point
Protection will discuss specific needs with a client and develop an excellent security program
to fit YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS – not a generalized “one size fits all” approach.
It is our desire to exceed your expectations. We want clients to feel confident that their good
business is our good business. When the need arises, we will ensure safety and security with a
focus on prevention. Our desire is to educate, train and provide the best local service
available. Our desire is not to focus on our agency being profitable at the expense of your
needs.
We guarantee 110 %.
